Parkade Sweep

Please be advised that the residential Parkade will be cleaned on the weekend of May 2nd.

To accommodate resident parking, Impark, through the commercial owners, have agreed to make commercial parking levels available to residents at no extra charge. During the cleaning process please feel free to park in the Impark area (P1 and West P2)

In order to ensure the best possible results, all vehicles (including motorcycles) and items must be removed from the Parkade before 7:00PM on Saturday May 2nd. Nothing is to return until after 6PM on Sunday May 3rd. All vehicles must be removed from the commercial side of the Parkade by 6:00AM Monday May 4th.

Further details can be found here

Strong Scent Warning

Capital Centre will be applying a membrane to the parkade starting Monday, October 27, 2025. Please be aware that this membrane carries a VERY strong scent that will be noticeable during this time.

All parkade exhaust fans will be running during the membrane application to expedite the venting of odors from the parkade, however you may still smell the new membrane during this time.

THE FUMES ARE NON-TOXIC AND SAFE. THERE IS NO CAUSE FOR CONCERN.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will do all we can to minimize discomfort during this time. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Building Residential Water Shutdown

The hot and cold water will be shut down intermittently on: Wednesday, October 15, 2025, between 8:30am and 5:00pm to conduct water supply investigations and repairs. This shutdown will affect all units in all three towers and should not last beyond the time posted above.

If you have any outstanding water issues that the Corporation is not yet aware of, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to resolve those issues as well. Under no circumstances may you or any contractor do any plumbing work during this time.

We understand that water shutdowns are disruptive, but are occasionally necessary. Thank you for your understanding and consideration about this matter.

Commercial Power Shutdown

Sunday, July 20th from 2:30am-5:30am the LRT expansion will require a power shutdown for all commercial units and common building mechanical systems. Residential units will maintain power throughout the shutdown, however the following systems will be affected:

1. Hallway and parkade make-up air flow will be offline

2. Hot water will be unavailable, and cold water pressure will be reduced on floors higher than 6th. Once power is restored it will take approximately 1 hour to restore hot water to all units

3. Hallways will be placed on emergency lighting (50% lighting)

We would like to thank you for your patience during this shutdown. If you have any questions please contact the office directly.
